We have the ability to construct optics with unusual shapes, notches, cutouts, holes and squares. Our optics attain better than 1/20 wave flatness, less than 3 angstrom surface roughness, and surface quality better than 5/2. Sizes range from 1mm to 24 inches in diameter.
Our fabrication processes consist of grinding, shaping, polishing, edging,
beveling, centering, assembly, inspection and testing.
We use materials such as BK-7, IR, UV and low expansion materials including the full range of Schott and Corning optical glasses. We can build prototypes as well as produce high volumes.
